Responsibilities

  • Linguistic & Cultural Bridge: Provide high-level consecutive interpretation during business meetings, legal consultations, and government interactions. Translate complex documents, including technical specifications, legal contracts, and official government correspondence.
  • Government & Regulatory Liaison: Manage communications with local and state authorities (e.g., building departments, utility boards, zoning committees). Assist in drafting formal petitions, letters of dispute, and permit applications.
  • Operational Integration: Interface with production managers and engineers to track manufacturing processes. This includes assisting in the procurement of industrial equipment (e.g., stainless steel tanks, chemical raw materials) and communicating technical requirements to vendors.
  • Project Management & Administration: Oversee commercial property management tasks, coordinate with general contractors, and manage specialized service providers.
  • Legal & Compliance Support: Assist the executive in navigating U.S. business law and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that all communications with legal counsel are precise and professionally handled.
