Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to join our team. This position will build and lead a PMO for a comprehensive, multi-year program for an automotive client account involving large teams across various clients, agencies, and partners. Your role will focus on driving Agile-at-scale execution and driving complex initiatives using different methologies, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget. Engaging with C-level stakeholders, you will act as a strategic partner, facilitating executive meetings and delivering insightful reports. Leading a high-performing Program Management team, you will foster a culture of excellence and alignment with contractual and financial goals. Your proven track record in managing large-scale, complex multi-channel digital programs and standing up new clients in a fast-moving agency environment, along with your ability to build successful relationships with executive leaders, will be key to your success in this role. Experience with SmartSheet and program management software is required, with a preference for Adobe Workfront experience. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
  • Lead a multi-year, cross-functional program (150-200+ team members across client, agency, and partners).
  • Drive Agile-at-scale execution (e.g., SAFe-like planning), leveraging deep experience in complex tech platforms.
  • Oversee multi-stream initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.

PMO Setup & Governance
  • Build and scale a PMO tailored for a large automotive program with global and cross-agency stakeholders.
  • Define governance frameworks, delivery processes, and performance metrics.
  • Standardize tools, reporting, and escalation protocols for transparency and consistency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as strategic partner to client and internal executives across delivery, finance, and operations.
  • Facilitate steering committees and governance forums; deliver executive-level reporting and insights.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of PMs and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and agility.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to align program goals with contractual and financial objectives.

Key Success Factors
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, translating complex technical concepts across domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Program management experience that includes working in a fast-moving digital agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of large-sized, complex digital programs for a client or multiple clients across multiple channels such as, digital media, CRM, social, OLV, etc.
  • Automotive experience is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, translating complex technical concepts across domains.
  • Experience working with onshare and offshore teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
  • Ability to create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans for large programs and multiple projects.
  • Experience with Program Management software required. SmartSheet and Adobe Workfront experience preferred.

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $223,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
