Job description

The Sr Program Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This position will lead and oversee complex projects ensuring they align with strategic goals and are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead program coordination and communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor programs’ progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
  • Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of program documentation and reports. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and change requests.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, using metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to ensure program success.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources. Oversee budget, maintain cost books and program EACs.
  • Briefs executive level staff on Program performance and contribution towards division goals.
