Summary

TheSr. Associate,Business and Program Managementserves as a senior strategic and operational leader supporting Ada's global executive team. This role functions as an extension of executive leadership-driving enterprise-wide alignment, operational excellence, and execution of Ada's most critical priorities across regions and functions. Acting as both a trusted advisor and execution leader, this role owns the global Rhythm of Business, executive reporting, cross-functional program delivery, and leadership enablement. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment,anticipatesexecutive needs, and consistently converts strategy into measurable outcomes in a complex, fast-growing global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and evolve Ada'sRhythm of Business (ROB), including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating cadences.

  • Act asthe North AmericaChief of Staff and strategic thought partner to Ada senior leadership, supporting prioritization, decision-making, and execution of enterprise strategy.

  • Lead and govern high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning development, design, construction, operations, and corporate functions across multiple geographies.

  • DriveRegionalbusiness reviews, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and narrative reporting for executive and board-level audiences.

  • Translate strategicobjectivesinto clear, measurable goals; ensure accountability through structured tracking, reviews, and follow-through.

  • Manage executive priorities and preparation, ensuring leadership time and focus are aligned to the highest-value outcomes.

  • Serve as thecentral pointof coordination across regions and functions, synthesizing inputs, managing dependencies, and resolving escalations.

  • Partner closely withGlobal Functions to execute Regionalorganizational planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and internal communications.

  • Establishand maintain scalable BPMO systems, governance models, and operating standards that enable global consistency with regional flexibility.

Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff / Business Manager roles within global organizations.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$180,000.00 - $210,000.00
