You will serve as a key leader across the product development lifecycle, owning complex commercialization projects, influencing portfolio decisions, and coaching cross-functional teams to successfully deliver innovation and improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help shape category strategy, optimize project prioritization, and ensure successful execution across the portfolio.WHAT YOU WILL DO Own and lead highly complex commercialization projects and strategic initiatives within your category, ensuring successful execution from concept through launch.Manage and oversee 1 3 critical Big Bet projects, driving alignment across teams, timelines, and business objectives.Lead Category Portfolio Management Reviews (PMRs), Stage Gate reviews, and prioritization processes to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value opportunities.Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to Commercialization Project Leaders (CPLs), Senior CPLs, and/or Category Commercialization Managers.Drive strategic thinking across the category portfolio, evaluating tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.Partner with Supply Chain and Business leaders to contribute to strategic planning efforts and long-term portfolio direction.Identify project interdependencies, risks, and conflicts, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of category goals.Serve as the commercialization subject matter expert for your category, leveraging business and financial acumen to guide portfolio decisions and commercialization tradeoffs.Apply deep knowledge of commercialization processes and innovation methodologies to support successful project execution and business growth.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Commercialization Project Leaders (CPLs) and Senior CPLsCategory Commercialization ManagersCross-functional partners across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and QualityCategory and Business Leadership TeamsSupply Chain Leadership and Portfolio Management stakeholdersWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (MUST HAVE)Bachelor?s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field.7+ years of project management, commercialization, product development, or related experience.Experience working within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of commercialization, innovation, and product development processes, including Stage Gate methodologies or similar iterative development frameworks.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios.Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make data-driven decisions.Proven leadership skills with experience coaching, influencing, and developing team members.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE (NICE TO HAVE)PMP certification.MBA or advanced degree.Experience with Campbell?s Commercialization Process or similar commercialization frameworks.Experience leading large-scale portfolio management reviews and strategic prioritization processes.Direct people management experience leading commercialization or project management teams.Advanced expertise in innovation strategy, portfolio optimization, and organizational change management.Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$139,300-$191,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
