We are a rapidly expanding business with a simple mission: reimagining dialysis care, one community at a time. Why is this Role Essential?

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic NationalSales Managerto lead business development and sales growth initiatives within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) market. This individual will play a critical role in expanding market presence, developing and executing growth strategies, and driving new client acquisition nationwide.

This role is designed to support the company's next phase of growth by adding dedicated leadership and execution capacity to the sales process. The ideal candidate is a relationship-oriented healthcare sales professional who combines strategic thinking with a strong hustle mentality and a proven ability to close deals.

The National Sales Manager will work closely with executive leadership while helping to build and scale a more formalized national sales infrastructure.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and execute a national sales and business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) market
  • Own the sales process from opportunity development through contract execution
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on market expansion initiatives and key relationship management
  • Support leadership in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, and market positioning within the SNF space
  • Develop outreach strategies, sales processes, and growth initiatives that can scale with the organization
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, implementation, and project management teams to ensure smooth client handoff and long-term success
  • Help formalize and strengthen sales infrastructure, reporting, and accountability processes
