This is a rare, high-trust role for someone who naturally anticipates needs, handles sensitive matters with discretion, and quietly keeps life running smoothly behind the scenes.

The current assistant has supported the family for over a decade, and the family is intentionally taking the next several months to thoughtfully find the right long-term fit. There will be overlap and transition support from the current executive assistant to help ensure long-term success.

The role also includes thoughtful companionship and light support for the executive’s highly independent elderly mother one afternoon per week. Spanish speaking is preferred.

The family maintains two Pittsburgh-area residences and already employs longstanding household staff, including a housekeeper, landscaper, and driver. This role acts as the connective tissue ensuring everything operates smoothly behind the scenes. Hours average approximately 10–15 per week with meaningful flexibility in scheduling.

This family deeply values loyalty, professionalism, discretion, and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, emotionally mature, technologically fluent, exceptionally organized, and able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
