Executive Director EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Project Management โ€“ Southeast Michigan


Extremely stable, financially sound company is seeking an Executive Director EPC Project Management. This is a key leadership position responsible for the oversight of a multidisciplinary team and the successful execution and delivery of all infrastructure construction projects for a natural gas business unit. This individual will be leading Directors and Senior Managers across project management disciplines and must be able to provide guidance and drive consistency in strategies, processes, quality and controls.


  • Bachelors Degree in business, project management, engineering or construction management or related
  • 10+ Years' Experience in EPC project management
  • 10+ Years' Experience in infrastructure construction in natural gas
  • 10+ Years' Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to demonstrate clear accountability and ownership
  • Exceptional skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to define, develop and implement project management processes and procedures
  • Ability to lead safety, quality and project management excellence across the business unit
