We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our organizationโ€™s revenue generation efforts across all channels. This pivotal role demands a passionate leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing innovative business strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. As CRO, you will oversee sales, marketing, and business development teams, ensuring alignment with company goals to maximize revenue streams. Your energetic leadership will inspire crossโ€‘functional collaboration, leverage cuttingโ€‘edge sales and marketing technologies, and propel our organization toward sustained success in a competitive marketplace

General Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets across the RV market.
  • Lead and manage a highโ€‘performing sales team.
  • Build and nurture strategic customer relationships through effective negotiation, account management, and customer service initiatives.
  • Drive new business development efforts by identifying market trends, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging, optimize client engagement strategies, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies, forecast revenue pipelines accurately, and report on key performance metrics to executive leadership.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective dealers/retailers.

General Requirements/Experience
  • Minimum of 7โ€‘10 years of sales experience in the RV industry
  • Proven experience in sales management within the RV industry or a similar field.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead crossโ€‘functional teams toward common objectives
  • Deep understanding of sales negotiation tactics, deal closing techniques, and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative business development strategies within the RV industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement, team leadership, and executive reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of RV products, market trends, and customer preferences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
