  • IT Helpdesk and end-user support
  • Data Center operations
  • Data Networking operations
  • Information Security, including on-premises systems and XaaS/cloud-based services

Tasks and responsibilities in this position:
  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of related projects to ensure all work streams support overarching information security goals and organizational objectives.
  • Establish program governance, decision-making processes, controls, accountability structures, and escalation paths across IT and stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated program roadmap, schedule, milestone plan, dependency register, and implementation approach.
  • Oversee program budgets, track costs, monitor resource utilization, and support financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify technical, operational, security, and organizational risks; analyze project interdependencies; and implement mitigation or corrective action plans.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, budget, vendors, personnel, and priorities across multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, information security personnel, and executive sponsors.
  • Track deliverables, decisions, issues, risks, and action items to maintain program momentum and transparency.
  • Produce regular program reports and provide clear status updates, recommendations, and decision points to department heads, directors, and executive leadership.

  • Familiarity with project and program management tools, collaboration platforms, dashboards, and documentation practices.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Some remote work may be possible; in-person participation is preferred for key meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work experience in higher education is preferable.
