Job description

  • Responsible for all documentation of Association Architectural Control Committee (ACC) –inspections as necessary – understands regulations and rules as provided by Board and GM
  • Assist Homeowner's with questions related to ACC Application
  • Updated and maintain KWPM systems with applications and approvals as they relate to ACC
  • Primary contact for ACC related questions
  • This position interacts with the ACC on the basis as created by such committee and ACC Board Liaison 

Work Environment
The working environment will be mostly outdoors, with moderate noise level for Violations.  The working environment will be mostly indoors with a mix or outdoors with relation to ACC job responsibilities.  The position may require long periods of walking and/or sitting.  Will be exposed to the outdoor climate.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a non-exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determine at property/location.  This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.

Required Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in a related position.
  • Preferred Education and Experience; a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with computers and software used in an office environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work well with others
