Employment Type: Full-Time; 35 hours/week guaranteed
Schedule: M, W, F; 7am-7pm w/ flexibility to shift hours later
Compensation: $30-$35/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Family Support
  • Manage afternoon school and activity pickups across two schools, coordinating multiple children simultaneously
  • Provide back-up childcare and child supervision as needed
  • Assist with homework during the school year
  • Prep backpacks, clothing, and snacks for the kids
  • Handle kid-related errands and follow through on school communications (forms, field day items, medical paperwork, etc.)
  • Stay on top of school and activity emails and take action without prompting
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
  • Manage household calendar and family schedules
  • Handle bill payment and basic receipt/budget tracking
  • Manage personal GMail account: coordinate camps, doctor appointments, event registrations, and family scheduling
  • Manage travel logistics including hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Plan and execute family events, (e.g., kids' birthday parties including, invitations, coordination, logistics)
Household Organization & Maintenance
  • Maintain household organization systems to keep the home running smoothly
  • Complete daily resets and prepare the home for weekly cleaners
  • Light tidying including loading/unloading of dishes, clearing surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
  • Coordinate holiday and guest prep
Inventory & Errands
  • Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
  • Manage running household supply lists
  • Manage household orders and subscriptions (Amazon/Costco/Target)
  • Returns, dry cleaning, prescriptions, and gift shopping
Meal Planning & Prep
  • Cook healthy meals for family 2x/week
  • Prep school lunches 1-2x/week
  • Compile grocery shopping list
  • Kitchen clean-up and maintenance
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects
  • Occasional deep clean of fridge and coordinate cleaners doing deep clean of other areas annually
  • Organizational projects (items to donate/sell, toy organization, medicine cabinets, kitchen organization)
Laundry & Linen Care
  • Assist with washing, folding, and organizing of family laundry
  • Make a schedule for and handle weekly linen rotation
  • Maintain tidy and well stocked laundry areas
Vendor & Property Oversight
  • Source vendors, obtain quotes, and manage household projects (current example: outdoor furniture refresh)
  • Oversee cleaners/contractors/landscapers
Vehicle Management
  • Schedule maintenance
  • Fueling, cleaning, and organizing of vehicles
  • Track registration and insurance
Pet Care
  • Vet and grooming scheduling
  • Maintain pet supplies
