Family Assistant / Household Manager (Contract-to-Hire)


Denver, CO | Part-Time (Approximately 10-14 Hours per Week) | Flexible Schedule | September Start


Chandler Maclain is partnering with a wonderful Denver family seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organized Family Assistant / Household Manager to support the day-to-day needs of their busy household.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly, and thrives in a role where no two days are exactly alike. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, discreet, and able to anticipate needs while respecting the family's privacy.


This position will begin on a contract-to-hire basis with the goal of finding a long-term fit for both the family and the successful candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day organization and smooth operation of the household
  • Perform light household upkeep between professional cleanings
  • Grocery shopping, household errands, and miscellaneous personal tasks
  • Meal preparation and/or cooking based on the family's needs and the candidate's experience
  • Family laundry and general organization
  • Occasional transportation for children to and from school or activities
  • Assist with pet care, including walks and occasional care as needed
  • Support special projects and other household priorities as they arise


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Household Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Estate Assistant, or in a similar support role preferred
  • Professional, dependable, and highly trustworthy
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal direction
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
  • Comfortable around pets
