Job Summary: The Executive Housekeeper at Wytheville VA Hotel is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. This individual will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies.

    • versee and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training

    • onduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness are maintained

    • evelop and implement cleaning procedures and standards for all areas of the hotel

    • aintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and place orders as needed

    • ork closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure efficient communication and coordination

    • andle guest complaints and requests in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
