Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive assistants.
  • Manage schedule changes, travel preferences, and itinerary details.
  • Coordinate and manage flight crew scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR Part 91 duty limits and legal rest requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end trip planning for large-cabin aircraft.
  • Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and other trip logistics.
  • Ensure all trip arrangements comply with FAA regulations and company safety standards.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate flight dispatch or aviation crew scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty and rest regulations.
