Win7/Win 10 OS hands on support

Office 2003/2007/2010 support And office 365 support.

Executive end user trouble shooting skills.

IMAC/Break-fix.

Office 365 and office 2016 support.

Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments

Support Mobility Devices (phone and tablet) (setup and support) of multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft

Long term contracts.

Experience as a desk side support in larger corporates.
