Job Title: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Location: Alabama (Relocation Required)
Compensation: $175,000 โ€“ $225,000 Base + 40% Bonus
Relocation: Full Support Provided

Overview

We are conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for a multi-property hotel portfolio anchored by full-service Marriott assets.

This executive will oversee a portfolio projected to exceed $250M in annual revenue, requiring a leader who can operate at scale while driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution across multiple properties.

This is a corporate-based leadership role, with regular travel across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute portfolio-wide sales and marketing strategy
  • Drive revenue performance across multiple full-service hotel assets
  • Partner with property leadership teams to optimize commercial outcomes
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a multi-property or above-property leadership role
  • Strong background with full-service Marriott hotels

  • Strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking mindset
  • Executive-level communication and leadership presence
  • Willingness to relocate to Alabama and work from a corporate office environment
