Role Description The Leadership & Mindset Consultant โ€“ Global/Remote role focuses on designing and delivering high-impact coaching and consulting sessions that elevate clientsโ€™ leadership capability and mindset. This remote position involves conducting one-to-one and group executive coaching, facilitating online workshops, and contributing to the development of transformational learning content and tools. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to align programs with client needs, monitor progress, and refine strategies based on measurable outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing session materials, maintaining accurate client records, managing projects related to program delivery, and engaging with the global community to support ongoing learning and growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong Executive Coaching and Coaching skills to guide clients through mindset and leadership challenges.
  • Experience in Consulting and Leadership Development to design and implement impactful growth programs.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across global, remote engagements.
