What You’ll Do

Every day, you’ll meet business owners, executives, and decision-makers throughout the Triangle and surrounding communities.

Your mission is to build relationships, identify opportunities, educate prospective clients, and help organizations leverage technology to become more secure, productive, and profitable.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and community involvement.

• Conducting discovery meetings to understand business objectives and technology challenges.

• Recommending customized IT and cybersecurity solutions that align with each client’s goals.

• Preparing proposals and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.

• Building long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

• Managing opportunities within HubSpot CRM.

• Collaborating with our marketing team to maximize lead generation.

• Representing Computerbilities at Chamber events, networking groups, trade associations, and community events.

• Participating in weekly coaching and professional development sessions.

During your first 90 days, you’ll receive structured onboarding, technical training, and ongoing coaching designed to help you succeed.

As you become established, you’ll be expected to consistently:

• Generate new recurring revenue.

• Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.

• Deliver professional solution presentations.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Two or more years of successful B2B business development experience.

• Experience with Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Telecommunications, Payroll, Office Equipment, Business Services, or other recurring revenue solutions is highly desirable.

• Proven history of meeting or exceeding goals.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

Base Salary

$40,000–$45,000 annually, based on experience.

Unlimited Commission

Your earning potential is uncapped.

Our commission plan rewards recurring revenue and long-term client relationships.

You’ll receive:

• 1.5X Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for every new Managed Services agreement you close.

• The first half of your commission is paid after successful client onboarding.

• The remaining half is paid after the client has remained with Computerbilities for six months.

• 1.5% of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) on qualifying renewals.

• Additional bonuses, contests, and incentive programs throughout the year.

Top performers should expect to earn $85,000–$120,000+ annually, with no cap on commissions.
