Manage executive-level client relationships and proactively address needs. Drive A/R health and KPI performance across assigned clients (net collections, DSO, A/R aging, denial trends). Partner with AVP to resolve escalations and implement corrective actions. Lead, guide, and develop RCM managers and their teams. Monitor performance trends and deliver insights through advanced data analysis. Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve operational challenges and improve workflows. Support sales discovery calls and represent RCM expertise in external/client meetings. Coach teams, drive accountability, and foster a performance‑focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive‑level client relationships.
  • Drive A/R health and KPI performance across assigned clients.
  • Partner with AVP to resolve escalations and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and develop RCM managers and their teams.
  • Monitor performance trends and deliver insights.

Required Qualifications
  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, primarily A/R.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum high school diploma required.
  • Completion of medical billing training is an advantage.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
  • CRCR or MGMA certification on RCMS.
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).
  • Strong understanding of billing, collections, denial management, and client analytics.
