The Opportunity
Tradeify is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Boca Raton office and keep our team supported, organized, and equipped to do their best work. You will own everything from office logistics and vendor relationships to supporting onboarding, events, and executive coordination, acting as the central point of contact for anything that keeps the office running smoothly. This is a highly visible role at a fast-growing company, where your organization and follow-through directly shape the day-to-day employee experience.

What You Will Do
Office Operations
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities, building management, and office vendors
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor service visits
Administrative & Executive Support
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks for leadership as needed
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding, including workspace setup and first-day logistics
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics
  • Maintain accurate records for office-related contracts, invoices, and budgets
Culture & Events
  • Plan and execute internal events, team activities, and company celebrations
  • Help foster a positive, high-performance office culture
  • Assist with internal communications related to office policies and updates
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with common office and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
