Job description

Who We Are

City Hive is transforming commerce in the American beverage alcohol industry by powering a vertically integrated commerce platform that connects retailers, distributors, and suppliers – simplifying technical complexity, unifying data, and unlocking measurable revenue lift for every tier.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work directly with industry-leading brands – including Tito’s, Bacardi, Jack Daniel’s, amongst many others – as well as emerging ones to implement City Hive’s suite of supplier solutions, including:

  • Data & analytics

You will educate brand owners on City Hive’s capabilities and elevate their trade and consumer presence across our expansive network of distributors, merchants, and consumers. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to improve the supplier experience, ensure positive ROI, identify gaps and opportunities, recommend product enhancements, and evaluate KPIs to drive data‑backed recommendations.

As part of the Customer Success team, you will introduce platform features, opportunities, and upgrades – creating communications that educate, engage, and grow supplier accounts. Exceptional candidates will rapidly establish themselves as experts in the beverage alcohol industry, digital marketing, and City Hive’s supplier products.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or digital marketing at a SaaS or eCommerce company.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to read dashboards, interpret data, and communicate insights.
  • Experience managing onboarding, activation, or implementation workflows for clients.
  • High technical aptitude with comfort learning new software, tools, and integrations.
  • Proficiency with CRM and standard reporting tools.
  • Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders (brand managers, founders, executives).
  • Familiarity with suppliers, distributors, agencies, or the beverage alcohol industry is a plus – not a requirement.
Who You’ll Work With
  • Reporting to the Director of Supplier Partnerships, you’ll collaborate closely with:
  • Product & Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Integrations to ensure seamless 3‑tier connectivity.
  • Customer Support to resolve issues quickly and deliver best‑in‑class service.
  • Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and identify expansion opportunities.
You Will Thrive in This Role If You
  • Operate with extreme ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes – not tasks.
  • Thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment where results are the measure.
  • Are an excellent communicator with high EQ.
  • Are resourceful, independent, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Are highly analytical with strong data and reporting skills.
  • Bring urgency, follow‑through, and a consistent bias for action.
Numbers You’ll Own
  • Time‑to‑Go‑Live – how fast we get suppliers from signed to live.
  • Activation Rate – how much of the purchased scope is fully implemented and active.
  • Product Engagement Score – whether suppliers are using the platform or just paying for it.
  • Net Revenue Retention – how much revenue we retain and expand within the existing base.
Why This Role Matters

If you’re hungry to grow – this is your shot. Our Supplier division is the youngest yet fastest‑growing business within City Hive. With bespoke solutions for every tier of the alcohol industry – all powered by a single, vertically integrated platform – our goal is to 10x supplier revenue over the next 18 months. You’ll work directly with founders, brand leaders, and Fortune 500 executives – gaining deep industry expertise and a network that will follow you throughout your career.

Location

New York City – We highly value in‑person collaboration and require a minimum of 4 days per week in our office.

Compensation
  • Range is inclusive of multiple levels. Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and expertise.
  • Bonus: Uncapped.
  • Quarterly performance‑based bonuses designed to reward results.
  • High performers are expected to earn total annual compensation equal to 1.5x – 2x base.
  • Equity: Stock options included.

To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and how you meet the qualifications outlined above.
