Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to senior and Cabinet-level executives, anticipating needs, prioritizing competing demands, and enabling leaders to focus on high-impact organizational priorities
  • Draft and manage executive-level communications, including correspondence, presentations, leadership updates, and organizational announcements; ensure messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with company priorities.
  • Lead complex calendar management across multiple executives, optimizing schedules to align with business priorities, key stakeholders, and executive workflows.
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end travel logistics (air, hotel, ground transportation), balancing efficiency, cost, and executive preferences while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Drive meeting effectiveness by managing logistics, facilitating coordination across stakeholders, preparing materials, and tracking action items and follow-ups.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment, communication clarity, and timely execution of priorities.
  • Support executive operations by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall executive experience.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information, files, and records (electronic and physical) with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and discretion.
  • Partner across the Executive Assistant team to support and scale an elevated support model, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in executive support delivery.
