The Account Executive role is an office based position at our headquarters based in Overland Park, Kansas with less than 30% travel.  You'll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities within hospitals and working them all the way thru close.

We are looking for a proven salesperson, who has deep experience selling technology solutions into the hospital market.  We are looking for someone who can generate strong qualified leads and nurture those leads through the entire sales cycle.  This is a great opportunity to work in a technology company that is rapidly expanding in the healthcare facility market.  Our solutions provide Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to a healthcare facility to manage all aspects of their compliance and day-to-day facility management.  Our PaaS solution comes with state-of-the art applications that are intuitive and require minimal initial setup.  Our client testimonials are strong and we have formed valuable partnerships in the industry.  This position will have less than 30% travel.  Our environment is high-paced, fun and enthusiastic.  If you are a disciplined person and understand the concepts of the 'Challenger' sale, you just may have what it takes to join our successful team.

Qualifications

This Role is responsible for:

-          Consulting with C-Level Executives, VPs and Directors within hospitals to understand their current processes and challenges and aligning eMediTracks software solution to solve and improve the outcome of their unique situation.

-          Understanding of territory management and account planning

-          Maintaining and understanding competitive knowledge and keeping abreast of industry standards

-          Managing your pipeline and forecast accuracy

-          Quota responsibility of $1 million+

Qualifications:

-          8 - 15 years experience with a consultative sales approach preferably selling software, hardware or services.  Experience selling into hospitals is a plus.

-          Excellent written and oral presentation skills

-          Ability to develop relationships quickly and the ability to effectively present to C level executives or large audiences

-          Strong Computer proficiency

-          Effective time management skills

-          Experience with negotiations and understanding various procurement processes
