Our current opening is for a Controls Sales Account Executive in our Wichita office. Account Executive will be responsible for providing customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Qualified individuals should have a proven sales back ground in commercial HVAC Controls Systems. Account Executive will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention with business accounts. Account Executive will need to identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers. Account Executive converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. Account Executive develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer's organization, including Facility Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineers, and Purchasing. Account Executive develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership. Account Executive provides account business reports, quotes for repairs, change outs, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services and contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts. The successful candidate will need demonstrated experience in PC's, networks, databases and operating systems.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of sales experience preferred

  • Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.
