Job description

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operations and effective time management. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Client Details This is a top ranked real estate investment firm in NYC. This role supports two highly visible sales leaders. Description Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for executives. Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and team meetings. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Perform other administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department. Profile A successful Executive Assistant should have: 10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in financial services is strongly preferred. Experience in Salesforce or other CRMs is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
