Job description

Purpose

Provide comprehensive executive, operational, and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer and her family, ensuring business operations and personal responsibilities run efficiently across multiple locations. This position serves as a trusted partner responsible for managing executive communications, calendars, travel, projects, household operations, and family logistics while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. During periods of reduced executive or family activity, this position will support Mettle Ops through financial analysis, business operations, special projects, research, and other organizational initiatives. This role requires exceptional flexibility, technical aptitude, discretion, and a willingness to perform whatever tasks are needed to support the success of the executive, family, and organization.

Tasks

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications.

  • Monitor and prioritize executive email and correspondence.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and itineraries.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and executive documents.

  • Support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects.

  • Conduct research and business analysis.

  • Coordinate multiple residences, contractors, vendors, and maintenance.

  • Plan meals, prepare lunches, grocery shop, and assist with household organization.

  • Assist with childcare, transportation, scheduling, and activities.

  • Travel with the executive and family as needed.
