Job description

La personne titulaire du poste exerce des fonctions de soutien aux dirigeants de Lobe. Elle est le bras droit du chef de bureau du president ,qu'elle accompagne au quotidien. Elle assure la liaison entre eux et les differents interlocuteurs.

Responsabilites:

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions:

  • Gerer les agendas, les deplacements et les reunions du bureau du President;
  • Faire le tri des courriels, des appels et du courrier;
  • Rediger des comptes rendus, des rapports, des presentations, des documents administratifs ou des lettres;
  • Gerer des dossiers strategiques, corporatifs, juridiques, commerciaux ou humains;
  • Veiller au respect des echeances, des procedures et des normes de qualite dans le bureau du President;
  • Participer a la preparation ou gerer directement la mise en uvre des projets, des evenements ou des actions de communication;
  • Gerer les imprevus et les situations de crise potentielles;
  • Gerer les changements transformationnels (structure, outils technologiques, processus, etc.) au sein du bureau du president.

Profil de qualifications requises:

  • Scolarite minimale exigee : Diplome d'etudes collegiales (DEC) ou equivalence;
  • Experience minimale requise : 5 ans d'experience pertinente dans un poste d'adjointe executive ou de direction.

Connaissances, habiletes et expertises prealables requises :

  • Maitrise du francais oral et ecrit essentielle;
  • Maitrise de l'anglais oral et ecrit , un atout;
  • Maitrise des logiciels de la suite Office;
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement;
  • Aptitude au travail d'equipe dans un contexte de croissance.
