Office Manager & Executive Assistant
  • Part-Time (15–20 Hours/Week) | Hybrid | $22–$25/hour
  • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Help Build the Organization Behind the Mission

Volunteer Fairfax is looking for an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to help build and strengthen the systems that make our mission possible. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll coordinate office operations, finance and HR administration, organizational systems, and executive support. If you enjoy creating order, improving processes, and helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you.
