Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO, serving as a trusted right hand across both business and personal matters.
  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including business meetings, personal appointments, and family commitments.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and overseeing all logistics.
  • Handle a wide range of personal responsibilities, including household management, vendor coordination, reservations, gifting, and special events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for both professional and personal relationships, exercising the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure the CEO's day-to-day life runs seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree from a highly regarded university preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
