Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Calendar Management
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team to keep them organized, prepared, and focused on top priorities.
  • Own complex calendar management, balancing competing priorities, coordinating travel, and protecting executive focus time.
  • Track action items, executive commitments, and follow-through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Maintain a flexible mindset, providing occasional off-hours messaging or urgent support when critical business needs arise.

Board & Executive Operations
  • Coordinate Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
  • Serve as a warm, responsive liaison for Board members, investors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support executive strategy sessions, offsites, and key leadership events.
  • Handle highly confidential company, financial, and strategic information with total discretion.

Boston Office & Operational Support
  • Handle light, local office management duties for our Boston headquarters with other EAs to keep the local workspace welcoming and running smoothly.
  • Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) alongside Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with other administrative team members across the company to build a positive, supportive team environment.

Qualifications & Profile
  • Prior experience supporting CEOs, CFOs, and managing Board of Directors logistics, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Genuinely excited about executive support work, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented, and a calm professional approach.
  • Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills with an eye for detail and context.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and speed up administrative tasks.
  • Willing to provide occasional off-hours messaging support when executives are traveling or time-sensitive matters occur.
  • Ability to work on-site in our Boston headquarters at least 3 days per week.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US $92,000 to $115,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
