Job description

About Mercor
Mercor's mission is to organize human intelligence to power the AI economy. We partner with leading AI labs and enterprises to provide the human intelligence essential to AI development. Our vast talent network trains frontier AI models in the same way teachers teach students: by sharing knowledge, experience, and context that can't be captured in code alone. Today, more than 30,000 experts in our network collectively earn over $3 million a day.
Mercor is creating a new category of work where expertise powers AI advancement. Achieving this requires an ambitious, fast-paced and deeply committed team. You'll work alongside researchers, operators, and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.
About the Role
At Mercor, we are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support our senior Enterprise leaders. This role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and excels at managing complex tasks with discretion, speed, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Executive Calendar & Scheduling
  • Own complex, high-stakes calendaring for senior Enterprise leaders across time zones and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with counterpart EAs at client organizations to confirm meetings quickly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify conflicts, protect focus time, and adjust priorities as plans shift.

Travel & Logistics Management
  • Plan and book domestic and international travel, itineraries, and last-mile logistics.
  • Handle expense coordination and post-travel cleanup to ensure team efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly when flights, hotels, or schedules change.

Client & Team Event Coordination
  • Support client dinners, offsites, and team-building events from planning through execution.
  • Manage invitations, communications, and strict timelines with keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high-polish external presence when interacting with clients and partners.

Executive Communication & Special Projects
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence and follow-ups with high judgment and confidentiality.
  • Partner on special projects requiring organization, rapid learning, and precise execution.

Office Presence & Coverage
  • Be present in our San Francisco office to provide on-the-ground support for leadership needs.
  • Step in to cover for other assistants or operations team members when bandwidth is tight.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite, Partner, or MD-level leaders in consulting, banking, VC/PE, or top-tier tech.
  • Demonstrated excellence managing complex calendaring and multi-party scheduling across time zones.
  • High polish with strong external communication; comfortable working with senior stakeholders and client executive assistants.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Calm, low-ego, service-oriented.
  • Comfortable with long hours.
  • Track record of longevity in prior roles and strong references from executives.
  • Based in San Francisco and prepared to be in-office Monday through Friday.

Benefits
  • Bi-annual performance bonus structure
  • Generous equity grant vested over 4 years
  • Up to $15k Relocation bonus
  • $10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our office)
  • $1.5K monthly stipend for meals
  • Free Equinox membership
  • $200 monthly laundry reimbursement
  • $200 monthly personal wellness reimbursement
  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
