Job description

Executive Assistant

America's Got Soccer is seeking a highly capable, independent Executive Assistant to act as a force multiplier for the CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. This is a full-time, in-person role at our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This is not a traditional support role. You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, solve problems independently, and remove friction across both professional and personal priorities. The right person thrives under pressure, prefers action over over-planning, and is comfortable operating with minimal direction.

You will work directly with the CEO and are expected to use sound judgment to move things forward quickly.
