Job description

Position Details:

Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Leesburg VA

Shift: Monday โ€“ Friday Hybrid/ (Will start off 5 days a week, after training can transition to hybrid with onsite as needed)

Compensation: $85k - $115k (based on experience)

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life and Disability Insurance as well as generous PTO. Relocation assistance.

Travel: No travel requirements.


Position Description:

Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior leadership who has experience providing direct support to commanders, flag officers, or high-level staff. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, confidentiality, and initiative are critical.


Additional Responsibilities include:

โ€ข Manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and coordinate travel (domestic and international).

โ€ข Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, reports, and presentations.

โ€ข Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison for internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

โ€ข Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

โ€ข Coordinate events, offsites, and special projects.

โ€ข Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and ensure operational efficiency.

โ€ข Support additional administrative and operational needs as required.

โ€ข Keep up with current insurance policies and regulations.

โ€ข Abide by customs and protocol of VIPโ€™s such as ambassadors and political officials.


Requirements:

Military Experience Strongly Preferred: with proven success in executive-level administrative or command support roles.

โ€ข 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative, operations, or staff support experience.

โ€ข Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environment.

โ€ข Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint), and scheduling systems.

โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

โ€ข High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

โ€ข Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances (if applicable).

โ€ข Associate or Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred, but equivalent military training and experience highly valued.
