Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team. Serves as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs. Builds and maintains relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization, and represents the Company and the Executive's office to the organization as well as external visitors. Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, and coordinating travel and global business meetings. Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Job Qualifications
  • Proven executive admin experience supporting senior leaders in dynamic, cross-functional environments (typically 5+ years)
  • Mastery in calendar, travel, and expense management; meeting/event logistics; presentation and document preparation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; relationship-building across functions, levels, and external partners
  • Operates with discipline, urgency, and discretion; anticipates needs, flags hot issues, and follows through to closure
  • Comfortable leading in a digital environment; embraces change and improves processes
