We are building a talent pipeline of experienced Executive Assistants for upcoming consulting opportunities. These opportunities may support executives, leadership teams, or business groups across a variety of industries and organizations. Some engagements will focus heavily on calendar management, travel coordination, and executive support, while others may include project coordination, business operations, team communications, event planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expenses.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by gathering materials, creating agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Act as a trusted partner to executives, helping prioritize activities and navigate changing business needs.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Business Operations & Coordination
  • Support business rhythms, including team meetings, leadership reviews, offsites, and organizational planning activities.
  • Coordinate communications, presentations, reports, and other materials on behalf of executives and leadership teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across organizations and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives that enhance team effectiveness.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of priorities.
Team & Event Support
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, leadership meetings, town halls, and offsite activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of team initiatives.
  • Support onboarding activities and team engagement efforts as needed.
About You
  • Multiple years of experience providing administrative or executive support in fast-paced corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams with complex business needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and exercise sound judgment.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
