About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Accountant to support our expanding finance team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the company’s daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Record and post basic journal entries
  • Manage and maintain financial and accounting software
  • Track and oversee the company’s cash flow, including receiving, disbursing, and recording transactions
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receipts
  • Assist with month-end close and prepare supporting documentation
  • Take on other duties and special projects as assigned by your supervisor

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Oracle experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with accounting software and financial data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting rules and procedures
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-entity environment is a plus
