Our client, a prominent midtown Finance firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to an Executive. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and detail oriented.


JOB DETAILS

COMPANY: Finance firm

POSITION: Executive Assistant to Executive

LOCATION: Midtown, New York – fully onsite

HOURS: 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as needed

COMPENSATION: $150k-$165k base DOE plus Discretionary Bonus and Great Benefits!


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments.
  • Email management, including organizing and prioritizing correspondence and signaling critical matters.
  • Meeting & event management, including overseeing logistics of upcoming meetings, events & speaking engagements
  • Travel management, planning & booking domestic & international travel, including flights, accommodations & itineraries.
  • Expense management, efficient expense reimbursement through Concur.
  • Personal tasks, including: getting breakfast and lunch, sourcing family gifts for birthdays and holidays, and securing restaurant reservations


Requirements:

  • Problem-solving: Anticipates needs and resolves issues before they arise
  • Organizational skills: Prioritizes effectively and manages multiple tasks seamlessly, with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility & adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, comfortable working outside of business hours as needed
