CLIENT: Our client is a PE Backed Global Peer Advisory Network LOCATION: US based (Remote). Occasional travel required (30%) ROLE: Our client is seeking a Director of Health & Wellness. This role reports into the Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
The Health & Wellness Director will enhance the Member experience by optimizing health and wellness opportunities and resources for our client's Members across multiple touch points, including but not limited to our Health & Wellness Network, virtual and in-person events, partnerships and actively encouraging conversations and connections. The role requires a unique background, a blend of health and wellness expertise, community advocate, engager, communicator, and program manager. Responsibilities Act as the key ambassador for all Health and Wellness initiatives, including the Health and Wellness Network as well as virtual and in-person events.
Develop a Health and Wellness Strategy for the organization. Curate Members' access to world class health resources. Formalize a process for Members to access connections to health resources via other Members' connections as well as sponsor/partner relations.
Assist in shaping the online experience and in-person events in alignment with the needs of Members, constantly looking for new ways to add value. Moderate as needed the postings and other Member communications to ensure engagement and adherence to the Code of Conduct and policies. Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities to ensure "best in class" sponsors, speakers, topics, and assist VP, Business Development in negotiating offers and value.
Work collaboratively with team members across the organization. Engage with Members and Chairs to encourage conversations and connections throughout the member community. Handle administrative functions in connection with overall strategy and initiative, i.e.
develop KPIs, operational norms and processes, best practices, etc. Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Finance preferred Health & wellness/medical experience and background Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage UHNW individuals in candid conversations online, in-person and over the phone Strong client service orientation, with a desire to exceed objectives. Works collaboratively with other team members to coordinate efforts, share best practices and capitalize on opportunities.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload. Ability to diffuse potential conflict in a professional manner.
