Role Overview

The Accounting & Payroll Specialist will oversee all QuickBooks and ADP functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and payroll processing. This hands-on role supports the executive team by preparing financials, maintaining compliance, and driving efficient accounting processes as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of QuickBooks (AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting).
  • Process payroll via ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
