Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet regulatory compliance standards in accordance with best practices and organizational policies.
  • Employ evidence-based screening tools as guided by clinical protocols to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Work cohesively with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, participating fully in internal audits and evaluations to uphold service quality.
