In this role, you will:

  • Lead daily production activities across assigned manufacturing areas
  • Supervise CNC machining personnel while promoting safety and quality
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Resolve technical and production issues on the shop floor
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and visual performance metrics
  • Ensure production orders are accurately completed in Oracle ERP
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate production employees
  • Partner with Engineering on production improvements

  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
