Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Management

  • Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and retention
  • Proactively fill open job orders to meet client needs and deadlines
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person using effective assessment techniques
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring CoWorx remains an employer of choice
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the ATS and internal operational processes
  • May be responsible for payroll management for working talent, depending on location


Collaboration & Values

  • Work closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding
  • Contribute to a collaborative, one‑team environment by supporting colleagues and shared goals
  • Champion the CoWorx Three S’s: Service, Sales, and Speed
  • Demonstrate company values through service to clients, Field Talent, and internal teams
  • Escalate safety and risk concerns promptly and appropriately
  • Maintain a basic understanding of workplace HR practices, including issues related to harassment, safety, and termination

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong ability and desire to work closely with clients and candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events
