Broiler Cook – Fine Dining Steakhouse
Javier’s Downtown is seeking an experienced Broiler Cook to join our culinary team. We are a high-volume, upscale restaurant specializing in premium hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated dining. Our guests expect excellence, and we’re looking for a cook who takes pride in delivering every steak with precision and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook premium steaks to the exact requested temperature.
- Master our signature seasoning and cooking techniques while maintaining consistency on every plate.
- Operate and maintain the broiler station during high-volume service.
- Ensure proper quality, presentation, and timing for every order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards.
- Work closely with chefs and fellow line cooks to execute exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of broiler or grill experience in a steakhouse or upscale restaurant.
