Our mission is to accelerate positive impact worldwide by helping nonprofits become highly effective at raising funds and managing their supporter base. Since 2014, we have powered more than 100,000 global organizations to raise over $3B in donations.

  • Partner with Creative to request, produce, and submit sponsor assets, including print collateral, digital ads, swag, booth branding, and more
  • Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for Donorbox through strategic participation in events
  • Understand our fundraising software, target audience, and ICPs to make informed decisions on which events to get involved in, how to connect with attendees, competitive landscape & prospecting opportunities, and how to position the brand most effectively
  • Come up with creative, data-backed attendee experience and engagement concepts, sponsorship opportunity recommendations, and brand representation ideas that attract visitors, spark conversations, and keep Donorbox top of mind post-event
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, Sales, and Operations teams to support event goals and company initiatives
  • Report on post-event ROI, results, and insights using surveys, dashboards, and CRM data, partnering with RevOps, Accounting, and Data teams as needed
  • Develop and improve event SOPs, systems, and operational processes to support a growing event program and growing team
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in event coordination, conference & tradeshow operations, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related role
