FOX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across our Media & Broadcast Technology organization. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner supporting engineering, technology, and operational teams responsible for powering FOX's broadcast, digital media, and video distribution platforms.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with technology leaders to attract and hire specialized talent across media systems, video engineering, broadcast technology, enterprise platforms, data and platform engineering, and digital infrastructure. Success in this role requires strong technical recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify talent in highly specialized markets.

The ideal candidate understands that these roles often require a unique combination of software, infrastructure, video, cloud, networking, and broadcast expertise, and can effectively translate complex hiring needs into successful recruiting strategies. This role will be closely tied to Media & Broadcast Technology, Video Platform Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Data & Platform Engineering, and the Tempe Media Center.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Media & Broadcast Technology teams, including roles across broadcast engineering, media systems engineering, digital media operations, video platform engineering, media asset management, content distribution systems, encoding and transcoding technologies, broadcast infrastructure, studio technology, and network operations

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and technology leaders to define talent strategies, hiring priorities, role requirements, and sourcing plans

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technical talent across media, broadcast, video, platform engineering, enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, and digital systems

  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates across key technology markets, including backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, DevOps engineering, data platform engineering, enterprise applications, OTT platforms, CDN technologies, streaming media systems, live event technology, and digital video architecture

  • Drive candidate engagement, interview process management, offer negotiation, and closing strategies

  • Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, compensation insights, talent availability data, and competitive landscape trends

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR, compensation, and business leaders throughout the hiring process

  • Create strong candidate experiences that reflect FOX's culture and employer brand

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, pipeline reporting, and hiring process visibility

  • Build relationships with technology leaders and key stakeholders to understand talent gaps, pipeline opportunities, and recurring hiring needs

  • Improve candidate flow, interview throughput, hiring manager satisfaction, and overall candidate experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent

  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into effective recruiting strategies

  • Experience partnering with senior technology leaders and hiring managers

  • Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and closing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $89,000.00-125,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
