Job description

Job Overview:

About Infinity Replacement by Marvin
Infinity Replacement is Marvinโ€™s direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners who want premium windows and doors without the hassle. We bring Marvinโ€™s 100+ year legacy of craftsmanship directly to customers through high-quality products, professional installation, and personalized in-home consultations.

About the Opportunity

Weโ€™re hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to help grow our presence in the area. In this role, youโ€™ll engage with homeowners in person at retail locations and community events to introduce our products and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, build real-world experience, and earn strong weekly incomeโ€”without needing prior industry experience or closing deals.

Highlights of your role:
  • Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
  • Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a professional, approachable way
  • Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
  • Accurately enter customer details and appointment information
  • Set up and manage branded displays as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals

This role does not involve cold calling, telemarketing, or closing sales.

Whatโ€™s In It for You

  • Strong Pay with Real Earning Power
    • Guaranteed $20/hour
    • Weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment generated โ€” no cap
    • Top performers regularly earn $25โ€“$35+ per hour
    • Many earn $1,000+ per week, even working part time
  • Flexible Schedule
    • Choose shifts that fit your life, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
    • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
  • Training, Support, and Growth
    • Paid training and ongoing coaching
    • Clear expectations and messaging
    • Opportunities to advance into sales, leadership, or remain in a highโ€‘earning flexible role
Youโ€™re a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
  • A smartphone
  • Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup)
  • Confidence handling rejectionโ€”you understand every โ€œnoโ€ gets you closer to a โ€œyesโ€
  • A genuine interest in people and strong, faceโ€‘toโ€‘face communication

Youโ€™ll do well in this role if you enjoy meeting new people, staying active throughout your day, and working toward clear, measurable goals.

No prior sales experience is requiredโ€”candidates from retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service, and event backgrounds tend to succeed quickly.

Who This Is Ideal For
  • Individuals looking to start a career in sales
  • Professionals seeking flexible, high-earning part-time work
  • People who enjoy face-to-face interaction rather than desk-based roles
