Job description

We are seeking aProgram Managerto support the evolution of theContent Planning & Production Platform (CPP),a critical product ecosystem used by content planners, creators, and conference stakeholders to plan, produce, and publish Gartner research and event content.

This roleoperateswithin aproduct-led organizationfocused on continuous value delivery, product adoption, and user satisfaction. The Program Manager will partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution acrossCPP Planning and CPP Production.

What You Will Do

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Manage delivery of initiatives acrossinternalcontentplanningand production systems

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, product, UX, and business teams

  • Track progress against product goals (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, business outcomes)

Requirements & Backlog Management

  • Partner with Product Owner to gather, synthesize, and document requirements

  • Translate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Help manage backlog prioritization aligned with product roadmap/leadership priorities

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions to align on priorities and outcomes

  • Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, and sprint ceremonies

  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across distributed teams

Product & Process Improvement

  • Identifyprocess gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools

  • Support continuous feedback loops and rapid iteration based on user input

  • Assistin defining success metrics and monitoring performance

Support Product Owner Growth

  • Partner closely with a Product Owner (offshore) to:

  • Strengthen requirements quality

  • Improve backlog hygiene and prioritization

  • Build product management capability

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years in program/project management, product operations, or related role

  • Experience working withAgile/Scrum teamsand managing product delivery

  • Strong skills inrequirements gathering and stakeholder management

  • Experience with tools like JIRA

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across audiences

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 79,000 USD - 109,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
