Create is an award winning entertainment marketing agency specializing in the creative needs of film, television, gaming, and branding clients. We build campaigns for the titles and platforms audiences already care about: trailers, key art, digital content, and everything in between and we hire people who bring a distinct voice to that work. We’re based in Los Angeles and keep the agency creative, fast moving, and informal.


About the Role

The Production Assistant keeps the day-to-day operations running efficiently and is the connection of all Departments. Having initiative, a great awareness, and a good sense of what needs attention is essential.


The role receives limited attention by design. You will be expected to work with your teammates. You’ll need to think critically, solve problems as they arise, and use good judgement on what to escalate. Attention to detail matters and keeping a level head under pressure is critical. The ability to stay calm and prioritize separates a good PA from a great one.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day office and admisnistrative support, including front-desk coverage, phone and visitor management, and general office upkeep.
  • Coordinate with delivery vendors and manage supply for kitchen, pantry, and facilities wide
  • Assist Departments (Editorial, Produciing, Content, Design, Music, Gaming, Music, or Key Art) with administrative and/or production support as assigned
  • Help plan and execute internal events and employee welfare tasks
  • Take on ad hoc research and special projects from the Leadership Team
  • Must have vechile for light deliveries
  • Must be able to lift boxes or objects weighing up to 30lbs
