Position Description

We are hiring a Event Marketing Coordinator. The Event Marketing Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and execute global marketing events, including trade shows, account events, seminars, webinars, and commercial meetings; to drive customer engagement, product awareness, and brand visibility. They will manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing deliverables while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and external partners to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget event execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue coordination, registrations, travel, shipping, booth setup, and onsite execution.
  • Oversee promotional materials, branded merchandise, and inventory management (On-Fulfillment).
  • Maintain event assets such as booth properties, graphics, and equipment; coordinate repairs and exhibit design.
  • Track event budgets and expenses using Salesforce.com and other tools.
  • Develop strategies to optimize event marketing programs, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain the annual marketing events calendar and support integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and support senior management on project-based tasks.
  • Ensure all events meet company standards for brand, quality and customer experience.

Required Skills/Education:

  • College/University or specialty training in event and meeting planning. Experience in event marketing considered in lieu of education.
  • 4-5 years of experience managing marketing events, trade shows, or conferences.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with tradeshow vendors, logistics and transportation companies, commercial trade representatives and exhibition managers.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Basic knowledge of the marketing mix, promotion and trade show logistics.
  • Ability to speak read and write English effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

  • For California, the base salary range for this position is $71,600 - $92,900. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
